We have been in existence since 1987 and the owner has more than 21 years experience in the freight industry. The majority of this time was spent at management level with Grinrod Air Freight services where he developed a passion for the freight industry. His drive and determination made the opening of PROMPT EXPRESS a reality.

With careful business planning and the wealth of experience gathered over the years we have expanded from our humble beginnings in Durban. We now have offices in Durban and Johannesburg and agents throughout the country and our fleet have quadrupled since our opening.
